Ecstatic movement is a gift and a delight. If you have ever experienced it, you will know what I mean. Effortless, weightless, complete freedom, the integration of body, heart and mind into one whole movement . . . it feels really good!

The magic of the 5Rhythms® is that we can start out in any state, put it into Flow, shape it in Staccato, and let it go in Chaos . . . then Lyrical is the gift of our effort, where the material, mood or manner with which we began is leavened, lightened and liberated into a unique and beautiful dance.

For each of us, and every time, this transformation will be unique. The beauty is experienced on the inside and has nothing to do with what our dance looks like on the outside. We can all be it, do it and feel it!

We’ll allow ourselves to start where we are and take a look at some simple physical keys to load the dice in favour of our being swept away into ecstasy.
