Guided by Rachel and a group of skilled and sensitive musicians we will weave together improvised music and dance to warm body, heart and mind. You are very welcome!

Dancing was my drug and eventually it led me to 5 Rhythms. In the comparative safety of this new context, my spirituality exploded. Every time I danced, something deep and profound would happen. Whether or not I could make logical sense of these experiences, there was always something to learn. Suddenly everything seemed possible.

Keith is a renowned and published composer and bassist (Tales from the Shed, Carnival of Crows), Cath is a trained multi-instrumentalist who plays with Shipcote&Friends and many others, Joss is a guitarist with Tarras, The Kathryn Tickell Band, Winterville, Geoff is a jazz trumpeter who works wih Jilly Jarman and others in the NE.
