Winter Into Spring Judith K Townsend 2 The five rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness combine in a harmonic vibrant sequence of the danced Wave. Come and connect your head, heart and body, in joyous company. Newcomers are especially welcome.

NB: Liz Collier was due to begin her residency this month, but now can't start till March; Rachel has kindly agreed to step in.

Dancing was my drug and eventually it led me to 5 Rhythms. In the comparative safety of this new context, my spirituality exploded. Every time I danced, something deep and profound would happen. Whether or not I could make logical sense of these experiences, there was always something to learn. Suddenly everything seemed possible.
