Continuing with Rachel our resident teacher ...
We will dance a 5 Rhythms wave paying particular attention to our comfort zones and the places we find less easy and familiar. This evening will prepare us for the Saturday workshop on the shadow by heightening awareness of some habitual patterns, but can be a stand-alone class.
We'll have Live Music by Catherine Reding, so don't miss it!
