 ... Here we are, coasting at the bottom of our annual dive into the dark ... made it!

We complete our solar year and start the new one with dance.
"Between 7pm – 9pm there will be our regular 5Rhythms waves class. For those who wish to remain after, from 9.15pm-10:45pm there will be ceremonial move through the Winter Solstice with dance and stillness. The moment of solstice this year will be at 22:23pm, and we have an opportunity to respectfully acknowledge the completion of nature’s cycle and welcome in the first beginnings of her new year with our movement and stillness."
