The five rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness combine in a harmonic vibrant sequence of the danced Wave. Come and connect your head, heart and body, in joyous company. Newcomers are especially welcome.
Fire in the belly!
There will be a remarkable weekend workshop following this evening dance. led by Mark, with a finale of an encounter with the fire element, led by Helen Davies. Details soon.

The kitchen has plenty of crockery and cutlery, but not pots/pans. People can stay overnight, but no showers. There is loads of parking.

both about 10 mins drive from Rosley Village Hall.
There are various b &bs nearby. Caldbeck has a nice pub.
